Believe in your greatness
Our assignment is to believe in our own greatness without needing anything from anyone
Some people are not who they say they are, some people are much more. Regardless of who you encounter, there is a lesson to be had. A reminder that how people choose to respond to you and who they really are in the end has nothing to do with your worthiness. With that said, they have been presented to us by the universe for a reason and it's up to us to sit with that and allow understanding to rise within.
When we rely on validation through how others respond to us, it's a slippery slope.
Our assignment is to believe in our own greatness without needing anything from anyone. To fully inhabit our own being, celebrate our uniqueness, strengths, weaknesses, flaws and failures. Remind ourselves of our own magic, creativity, and the fact that there is no one else walking this Earth who is just like us.
I wasn't always like this, I didn't always celebrate myself. Now it is my intention to honor who I really am every single day. To show up completely and authentically as myself without worrying about how anyone might respond. I am committed to never again feeling bad myself, whether it's my weight, my age, finances, past choices. The list can go on and on.
This path is not easy and it requires daily devotion. It's an investment of time each day as I bring myself to this present moment and recall all the parts of myself previously scattered in thought and worry.
I'm done with that.
From now on I will do my best to hold my chin up, take a deep breath, come back to the present and believe in my own greatness.
